Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC)

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Government Degree College, Arwal was established with the objective of developing a system for conscious, consistent and catalytic improvement in the overall quality of education. As per the guidelines of the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), the IQAC functions as a vital body to plan, monitor and enhance the academic and administrative performance of the institution.

The cell works towards ensuring quality enhancement by:

  • Promoting a learner-centric environment.

  • Encouraging innovative teaching methods and research activities.

  • Ensuring the proper implementation of academic and administrative policies.

  • Facilitating feedback from students, teachers, alumni and other stakeholders.

  • Preparing the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) for submission to NAAC.

Through regular meetings, workshops and quality initiatives, the IQAC fosters a culture of excellence and accountability. It strives to make the college a center of higher learning that not only imparts knowledge but also builds character and values among students
